Pilar has a new exhibition coming up, organized by the creative student collective Klad. But don’t expect the usual—there’s an inspiring and interactive program, and you’re invited to be a part of it.

Klad is all about creativity, doing your own thing, being together, connecting with others, and sharing ideas—or simply getting inspired.

On May 6, we kick things off with a Drink & Draw vernissage, where you can create your own artwork and even have it displayed in the exhibition that same evening.

Then on May 8, there’s a clay workshop hosted by Spectrum, the official LGBTQ+ student organization of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. On May 13, Brussels-based illustrator Wide Vercnocke will be leading an illustration workshop. Both workshops have on a pay-what-you-can basis.

We’ll close the expo in true Klad style —with a night of drawing to the rhythm of poetry. There will also be an open mic, so now’s the time to dust off your poetry collections.
