“A few years ago, I saw a documentary that immediately impressed me with the story of Anoosh & Arash. I hadn't really recognised for myself the privilege of being able to move freely in the electronic nightlife scene, even though it is a privilege that some people have to fight and sacrifice for.
It's a story that has your attention right from the start, and it strikes an important chord about freedom, power narratives & human rights. 

It gives you a different view of the music scene, one which we know is at a contrast to the one others find themselves in.
Where opportunities are different because we were born somewhere else.
Music connects people, it's something we all have in common. A universal language. We find common ground on what makes us "human" in a way that it creates mutual understanding and connection.
That's why, once again, 'Raving Iran' is so powerful, important and very accurate.
