PILAR ASAP Closing Night: Alioth, Morane, Dyce

Belgian/Moroccan singer-songwriter Alioth is described by many as one of the most promising voices in European indie-and pop music. He effortlessly blends a unique combination of multiple genres into his very own mesmerizing sound. Alioth began making a name for himself with his feature on ‘Reckless’ by Chuki Beats and Yung Mavu. Shortly thereafter came his first solo singles ‘Secrets’, ‘Run’ and ‘Sober’ followed by his long-awaited debut EP in March 2021. The enchanting ‘Delusia’ is an excursion into a futuristic pop world full of catchy pop songs.His latest singles You’re Still Young’ and ‘Talk About It’ are catchy indie-pop songs which are support by the main radio stations (StuBru, Radio2, MNM, etc).Winner Sound Track 2021

Morane is a 23-year-old singer/songwriter from Antwerp with Congolese/Belgian roots who converts her personal stories into music. Her sound is characterized as a mix between neo-soul, RnB and jazz, while she likes to experiment with new sounds and live musicians. After graduating from The Art Academy, she decided to launch her solo career. 7 singles, 2 projects and 2 video clips later, she prepares for her next big step as an artist, seen live for the first time in Pilar.

Dyce grew up in Leuven, and speaks no less than four languages. Latin influences lurk in his hip-hop, but he raps just as well in Russian and English. In December 2019 Dyce released a first single 'Race'. After a push from the Uzbek Youtuber Tayler, the accompanying clip has already been viewed almost one and a half million times. In Belgium, Dyce scored highly for the first time as a member of Rewind Productions and took a bronze medal under his own name in Humo's Rock Rally 2020.
