Every day we get confronted with our limits, this year more than ever. And yet, at Curating the Young, we pushed our boundaries even more. In a time where there were less possibilities, we wanted to step up our game with our exhibitions. Young artists tested their limits within their own discipline through various methods and artistic practices. They explored the possibilities of meaning and materiality. Is it always possible to challenge yourself? This exhibition, in any case, encourage you to push the boundaries.
CTY is a team of young curators who demand a stage for young artistic talent. Despite the pandemic, they continued to create exhibition opportunities for young artists this year. For this exhibition they will take over Pilar with a mix of art forms from drawings to textiles, from sculptures to performances.
