Rumours + Peenoise

RUMOURS is the band around Hannah Vandenbussche, Stefanie Mannaerts (Brutus), Jan Berckmans and Jonas Boermans. They create a unique mix of tropical vibes with trip hop, techno and ambient. Music without limits. Their 2020 EP 'How Many Roses' was released on Sentimental, the label of Fenne and Kobe of Whispering Sons. Meanwhile, RUMOURS is working on a series of new 7” EPs that they will release under the name 'Feelings'.

As scions of a lineage of performing artists, the three brothers Cesar, Gilles and Titus Pinoy were born into a musical musical environment. From an early age, they experiment together with their music under the name Peenoise. Peenoise's mysterious avant-pop sounds ominous, catastrophic yet warm and infectious. In addition, the band places a strong emphasis on visuals: absurd and mysterious images conceived and created by the band itself. After a self-published EP in 2017, the gents released their first full album in 2020: 'Forevergem', in collaboration with producer Geoffrey Burton (Daan, Hong Kong Dong, Triggerfinger). Meanwhile, Peenoise won the Soundtrack competition. Live, Peenoise is joined by Simon Raman (Steiger, Ivy Falls, Uma Chine) and Karel Naessens. Spring 2021 Peenoise released the EP 'Headwalking'.
