Debate Marathon
Sat 23 Oct 2021An afternoon of debate about the lived city
During the previous edition of ASAP we organized the Masterclass series Conversation techniques in debate. During 5 sessions, for which 12 young people were selected after an open call, they learned the tricks of the trade from well-known pros such as Ilja Leonard Pfeijffer, Warda El-Kaddouri, Caroline Pauwels, Jonathan Holslag, Khalid Benhaddou and Liesbeth Levy.
The participants of the masterclass are ready for the stage and will get to work on the theme of ASAP – The Lived Space Edition on Saturday 23 October during a debate marathon. For an afternoon they cross swords in rapidly successive debates about public and collective space in the city. Moderated by Lieven De Cauter.
