Pilar recommends: Short film @ Cinema RITCS
On Wednesday February 5th, the UAB invites you to Cinema RITCS for a short film evening. In the presence of Maaike Neuville (known from De Twaalf, De Dag, Van Vlees en Bloed, Yummie, All of Us, etc.) and Bas Devos (among others from Violet (2014), HELLH LE (2018), Ghost Tropic (2019), ...) 4 of their short films are shown. Afterwards there is a Q&A with the directors.

From Maaike Neuville, Mourning diary (2017, 16 min) and Perfect Darkness (2016, 23 min) will be shown. 'Perfect Darkness' is a 'one-shot' gem of more than 20 minutes when darkness falls on Crete.
From Bas Devos, The Close (2008, 15 min) & We Know (2009, 10 min) are on the program. In a separate frame and beautiful photography by Nicolas Karakatsanis, the short film 'We know' gives a tranquil view of a father-son relationship.
